The problem

Weekends meant a packed waiting area, customers leaving before their turn, and staff shouting names over the noise.

What we built

A same-day token system that runs in the phone’s browser — no app to install. Customers take a token, see who is being served now, get an approximate wait, and come back near their turn. Staff move the queue forward from a simple counter screen.

How it’s built

• Mobile-first web app, tuned for low-end phones and patchy networks
• Live queue updates without page refreshes
• Locked-down by default: strict referrer policy, security headers, no third-party trackers

Results

Add real numbers here once you have them — for example average wait, tokens per day and walk-outs saved. Numbers from a real client are your strongest sales tool.
